OBJETO

“Club de Videógrafos” convoca Tercera Convocatoria de Concurso de vídeos de bodas “CRYSTAL” destinado a videógrafos profesionales.

El tema que comprende este concurso es “Real o Efímero”.

Esta convocatoria está abierta a todos los videógrafos profesionales de bodas. El concurso tiene por el objetivo estimular la creatividad, promocionar las producciones artísticas independientes, divulgar aspectos y costumbres sociales, promover la difusión del trabajo realizado por videógrafos de bodas, aumentar el reconocimiento de trabajo de videógrafos de bodas, educar a la sociedad ver vídeos de bodas como una obra cinematográfica.

ORGANIZA

Concurso anual “CRYSTAL” está a cargo de “Club de Videógrafos”, una comunidad internacional de videógrafos de bodas.

PARTICIPANTES

En el concurso puede participar cualquier persona mayor de edad que se dedica a grabación de bodas sin importar su ubicación geográfica.
Todos los participantes deben cumplir “Base de concurso”
No podrá participar en este concurso personal del “Club de Videógrafos” ni sus familiares hasta segundo grado de parentesco. Esta restricción es aplicable a los miembros del jurado.

TEMA

“Real o Efímero”.

Teniendo en cuenta tipo de trabajo con una pareja el concurso está dividido en 3 categorías:

• Pre Boda (vídeo grabado en una sesión previa de la boda con un máximo de 20% de tomas de la propia boda),
• Boda (vídeo grabado en una boda con un máximo de 20% de tomas adicionales de la propia boda)
• Post  Boda (vídeo grabado en una sesión posterior de la boda con un máximo de 20% de tomas de la propia boda).

Todos los vídeos deben estar grabados en reportajes de bodas reales, con parejas reales.

El Jurado valorará 4 puntos en cada obra: historia, sonido, color, fotografía.

FORMATO

Formato de archivos: .MOV o .MP4 (H264) 1Gb máximo
Resolución admitida: HD 1080p o HD 720p mínimo
Todos los archivos deben estar enviados vía WeTransfer (wetransfer.com)
La duración máxima de la obra son 5 min (incluido intros en negro, etc.)
No están permitidos logos, marcas de agua, banners u otros medios que identifican a realizador.
El autor de la obra debe tener derechos a la música utilizada en su obra (para poder subir video en YouTube).
Se puede enviar obras premiadas o nominadas en otros concursos.

Las obras que no cumplan con estos requisitos no serán juzgadas, quedando automáticamente fuera del concurso.

NÚMERO DE OBRAS

Se puede enviar máximo de 5 obras por empresa concursante y sólo 3 en una misma categoría.

TASAS DEL CONCURSO

La tasa de un vídeo presentado en el concurso es 27 Euros.
Asistentes del VideoSUMMIT 6 tienen derecho a enviar un número de obras gratuitamente.

DERECHOS

DERECHOS DE AUTOR

Los autores son titulares de todos los derechos de las obras enviadas al concurso de Club de Videógrafos.
El nombre de autor/empresa estará reflejado en la exposición de obras.
El autor será responsable de obtener la autorización de las personas que salen en vídeo para exposición, publicación y difusión de las obras.
El autor será responsable de obtener permisos de lugares grabados para exposición, publicación y difusión de las obras.

DERECHO DE EXHIBICIÓN

Mediante la participación en el concurso el autor autoriza a “Club de Videógrafos”, de forma gratuita, a utilizar, exponer, publicar y difundir las obras en el portal u otros medios de comunicación (siempre respetando derechos de autor).
Las obras pueden estar difundidas en otros medios ajenos a “Club de Videógrafos” con el fin de promocionar concurso, ganadores o congreso internacional VideoSUMMIT.

IDENTIFICACIÓN

Archivos enviados deben estar nombrados en siguiente formato:
Nombre de autor_categoria_numero de obra
Por ejemplo: Juan_Perez_pre boda_001, Infografica_boda_001, Wedding_film_studio_post boda_003

Junto a las obras debe estar enviado un archivo de texto con nombre de autor, su tipo de entrada al VideoSUMMIT 6 y correo de PayPal con que ha sido el pago de tasas o entrada.

PLAZOS

Del 1 al 30 de Septiembre 2018 (ambos incluidos).
El envío de las obras se hace a través de WeTransfer (www.wetransfer.com) a la dirección de correo concurso@clubdevideografos.es.
En detalles del envío hay que indicar el nombre de autor y número de obras enviadas.

Los envíos fuera de plazos estarán descalificados sin previo aviso.

JURADO

Jurado internacional compuesto por personas cualificadas en el mundo audiovisual.

El Jurado se reserva el derecho de explicar los motivos que generaron las decisiones tomadas, las cuales son de carácter confidencial. No se darán bajo ninguna circunstancia motivos o explicaciones verbales o escritas con respecto a las decisiones adoptadas por dicho equipo.

Su fallo será inapelable.

PREMIOS

El fallo del Jurado se efectúa día 10 de Octubre de 2018. De igual manera serán publicados en la página oficial de “Club de Videógrafos”.

Del total de vídeos enviados se nominan 7 obras finalistas en cada categoria. Estas obras estarán publicadas en la página oficial de “Club de Videógrafos” con nombres de nominados. Las obras nominadas tendrán su sello y diploma oficial.

De las 7 nominaciones se quedan 3 obras ganadoras del concurso por cada categoría

Se premian primer, segundo y tercer puesto con estatuillas y diplomas correspondientes.

EXPOSICIÓN DE OBRAS

Las obras nominadas serán publicadas y permanecerán en la página oficial de “Club de Videógrafos” (respetando derechos de autor).
La publicación de las obras se efectúa después del fallo del jurado.
Las obras pueden estar difundidas en otros medios, ajenos a “Club de Videógrafos” con el fin de promocionar a autores nominados, las obras y el concurso en si.

ENTREGA DE PREMIOS

Entrega de premios a los ganadores y diplomas a los nominados se hará en el acto oficial dentro del Congreso internacional para videógrafos de bodas VideoSUMMIT 6 3-5 de Diciembre (Torremolinos, España)

OBSERVACIONES

El “Club de Videógrafos” como entidad organizadora tendrá el máximo cuidado en la conservación de las obras, pero no se hará responsable por pérdidas o daños sufridos durante la exhibición, subidas o bajadas, o manipulación de las mismas.
Asimismo se reserva el derecho de resolver en forma inapelable cualquier situación no prevista en este reglamento.
El “Club de Videógrafos” se exime expresamente de toda responsabilidad causada por cualquier daño o perjuicio sufrido o causado por el participante.

La participación en el concurso implica la total aceptación de estas bases y cualquier situación no prevista en las mismas será resuelta por la organización, siendo su decisión inapelable.

The rules of Wedding Film Awards

PURPOSE

Club de Videógrafos conducts Contest of wedding films “CRYSTAL” intended for wedding professional filmmakers.

The theme of the contest is “Real or Ephemeral”.

This 3rd Contest of Wedding Film Awards “CRYSTAL” is open for all wedding filmmakers. The contest is aimed to stimulate creativity, to promote independent artistic productions, to disclose aspects and social habits, to promote the dissemination of work done by wedding filmmakers, to increase recognition of work wedding filmmakers´ work to educate the society to watch wedding videos as a film.

ORGANIZED

The annual competition “CRYSTAL” is in charge of “Club de Videógrafos”, an international community of wedding filmmakers.

PARTICIPANTS

In the competition can participate anyone of legal age who dedicates to wedding videography regardless of geographic location.

All participants must abide by “The rules of Wedding Film Awards” rules and regulations.

You cannot participate in this private contest of “Club de Videógrafos” nor their relatives to the second degree of kinship. This restriction applies to the jurors.

THEME

“Real or Ephemeral”

According to different types of sessions the contest divides into 3 categories:

• Love Session (video recorded in a previous session of the wedding with a maximum of 20% of shots of the wedding itself),
• Wedding Day (video recorded at a wedding with a maximum of 20% of additional shots of the wedding itself)
• Trash the Dress (video recorded in a later session of the wedding with a maximum of 20% of shots of the wedding itself)

All videos must be recorded in reports of real weddings.

The Jury will assess 4 points in each work: storytelling, sound, color, photography.

FORMAT

File Format: .MOV or .MP4 (H264) 1Gb maximum
Minimum HD 1080p or 720p HD: Supported Resolution
All files must be sent via WeTransfer (wetransfer.com)
The maximum duration of the work is 5 minutes (including intros in black, etc.)
Logos, watermarks, banners or any other icons that identify filmmaker are not allowed.
The author of videos must have rights to the music used in his work (to be able to upload video on YouTube).
You can send nominated or winning works in other competitions.

The videos that do not due these requirements will not be judged. They automatically left out of the competition.

NUMBER OF VIDEOS

You can send up to 5 works by participant company. Only 3 works in the same category.

COMPETITION FEES

The rate of a video presented in the competition is 27 Euros.
VideoSUMMIT 6 assistants have the right to send a number of works for free.

COPYRIGHT

The authors are entitled to all the rights of the works sent to the contest Videographers Club.

The entry should be submitted by the Participant who may be the rights holder of the film or the person authorized to participate in the contest and accept the terms and conditions.

For the purposes of this contest and subsequent distribution of the participating film, the Participant hereby confirms that he/she/it has the necessary rights to submit the entry and accept the terms.

The author name / company will be reflected in the exhibition of works.

By participating in the contest “Wedding Film Awards” the author authorizes “Club de Videógrafos” to use, display, publish and disseminate the works on the website or other media (always respecting copyright) for free of charge.

The works can be disseminated in other foreign media “Videographers Club” to promote the contest, winners or international congress VideoSUMMIT.

IDENTIFICATION

Sent files must be named in the following format:
Author name_category_number of film
For instance: Juan_Perez_wedding day_001, Infografica_love story_001, Wedding_film_studio_trash the dress_003

Along with the videos must be sent a text file with author name, the sort of ticket for VideoSUMMIT 6 and PayPal mail that has been used for the payment of entrance.

PLACE

Since September 1st to 30th 2018 (inclusive). Sending the wedding films is done through WeTransfer (www.wetransfer.com) to the e-mail: concurso@clubdevideografos.es.

In shipping details must indicate the author’s name and number of submitted films.

Shipments outside deadlines will be disqualified without announcement.

Once submitted, the entries cannot be withdrawn for any reason whatsoever.

JURY

International jury skilled in the audiovisual world.

The jury reserves the right to explain the reasons that led to the decisions taken, which are confidential. They will not under any circumstances reasons or verbal or written explanations regarding the decisions taken by the team.

The decision of the jury shall be final, unquestionable and binding on all participants.

AWARDS

The jury will say their words on October 10th , 2018. In the same way, all winning wedding films will be posted on the official website of “Club de Videógrafos”.

Total of 7 wedding films will be nominated in each categories of all the videos. These nominated wedding films will be published on the official website of “Club of Videógrafos” with names of nominees. The nominated wedding films will have their badge and official certificate.

Total of 3 wedding films in each categories of the competition will be remain on the top.

The first, second and third places will be awarded with statuettes and appropriate certificate.

EXHIBITION

The nominated works will be published and will remain on the official website of “Club de Videógrafos” (respecting copyright).

The publication of the wedding films will take place after the jury’s verdict.

The works can be disseminated in other media, outside “Club de Videógrafos” to promote nominated authors, wedding films and the contest itself.

The participants agree that the organizers shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of the content by any third party. Club de Videógrafos does not guarantee the posting of any content.

AWARDS

Awards ceremony for the winners and the nominees’ certificates will be at the official ceremony in the International Congress for wedding filmmakers VideoSUMMIT 6 3-5 December (Torremolinos, Spain).

* Transfer, assignment or substitution of the prizes / benefits to a person other than the participants, will not be permitted. However, in exceptional cases the organizers reserve the right to entertain such request at their discretion.

REMARKS

The “Club de Videógrafos” as the organizer will have the utmost care in preserving the works, but will not be responsible for loss or damage suffered during the exhibition, upload and download, or manipulation of them.

It also reserves the right to terminate as final any situation not covered by this regulation.

The “Club of Videographers” expressly disclaims any liability caused by any damage suffered or caused by the participant.
Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these rules and any situation not covered by the same shall be resolved by the organization, and its final decision.

The organizers reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the contest without any intimation to the participants at any time after the launch of the contest. Club de Videógrafos decision in all matters pertaining to this contest and screening terms herein shall be final and binding in all respects.

All materials, documents, etc. submitted for participation shall not be returned under any circumstances.

Entry and participation of films implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and regulations.
